The council consists of a maximum of 25 parents PLUS one teacher rep, one staff member, one community rep, one student rep (if applicable) and the principal and vice principal(s). All members can vote except for the principal / vice principals.

WHAT

The School Council's purpose is to engage parents in their kids' education, to improve students' achievement and enhance the accountability of the education system by making recommendations to the Principal.

WHERE
|
Meetings are hybrid. Join online via Zoom (link included in the Principal's Friday update email) or in-person in the school library
|
WHEN
|
Meetings are at 7PM PM and usually last until 8:30 PM. The first 1/2 of the meeting will be dedicated to the Principal's and Vice Principal's reports and other meaningful school related topics.
